Information we collect

We collect information you voluntarily provide through our quote, application, and contact forms: name, email, phone, business details, and message content. For driver applications, we also collect license class, vehicle details, and experience information. We do not request Social Security numbers or copies of driver licenses during the initial public application.

How we use it

To respond to inquiries, process quote requests, evaluate applications, and communicate about services and employment. We do not sell your information. We share it only with parties necessary to provide the service you requested.

Driver applications

Résumé submission does not authorize a background check. Background checks require your written authorization and proper disclosures at the appropriate stage of the process. We retain application records for the recruitment cycle and delete them on request.

Email consent

We send promotional and recruiting emails only to people who opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email or through our contact form. We honor unsubscribe requests promptly.

Data retention

We retain customer inquiry and application records for as long as needed to provide our services and for legal compliance. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

Security

We use secure transport (TLS), server-side authorization, role-based access control, and encrypted storage for sensitive files. Access to driver documents is restricted by role.
